Payments made to DBTfertilizer.in are for availing the guided installation and setup service of the DBT Fertilizer App/Software.

• The service includes step-by-step guidance, installation support, and setup assistance for the DBT Fertilizer application on your device (Android/Windows).
• Once payment is received, our system automatically initiates the service, and guidance is provided within hours of order placement.

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
   • All payments made for services are non-refundable.
   • Once a customer places an order and payment is confirmed, the service is automatically initiated, and thus no cancellation or refund request will be entertained.
2. Automated Fulfillment
   • The service is delivered through an automated system and is considered fulfilled once installation guidance has been provided.
   • Customers are therefore not eligible for refunds after payment, regardless of whether the service is utilized or not.
3. Non-eligibility for Refund
   • Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offering, customers cannot claim refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
     • Change of mind after purchase.
     • Incorrect order placement.
     • Inability to use the app/software due to customer’s own device/system issues.
4. Exceptions
   • A refund will only be considered if:
     • The payment was processed twice due to a technical error (duplicate payment).
     • The service could not be delivered from our side under any unforeseen circumstances.
